The next level of customer service has arrived at TTC. The NVAS “next vehicle arrive system” screens show when the next vehicle will arrive at an individual transit shelters. The LED screens installed by Trade Sync display three times: the current time, the time until the next vehicle arrives, and the time until the next-next vehicle arrives. The screens are installed at over 52 street car shelters and nine street car bays, with more installs coming in 2011. The project coordinated by OneStop has seen great reviews by both TTC and its riders.
